Refund and delivery policy

How you receive what you buy, and when we replace it or give your money back. Last updated: 1 November 2026.

What you receive

Everything we sell is digital: PDF files (some also in Word) or print codes. Nothing is posted by mail.

Delivery

Pay with MTN Mobile Money, then send a WhatsApp message to 0788 804 242 with the name of the resource and, if possible, your MoMo transaction ID.
We check the payment and send your private download link on WhatsApp, usually the same day and at the latest within 24 hours.
A download link works for 7 days and can be opened 3 times. Save the file on your phone or computer the first time you open it.
A print code works for 30 days and for 2 prints.

Lost or expired link

If your link has expired or you lost the file, send us your MoMo transaction ID within 30 days of buying and we will send a new link free of charge.

When we replace or refund

Wrong or damaged file (wrong level, missing pages, a file that does not open): we send the correct file free. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.
Not delivered: if you paid and did not receive your link within 48 hours after contacting us, we refund you in full.
Paid twice or too much: we refund the extra amount.
You chose the wrong resource: tell us before you open the link and we exchange it for another resource of the same price.
Resource not available: if we cannot supply what you paid for, we refund you in full.

When we cannot refund

Because a digital file cannot be returned, we do not refund a resource that has been downloaded and works as described, only because you changed your mind. Please read the free sample pages before you buy.

How to ask

Send a WhatsApp message to 0788 804 242 (or an email to [email protected]) within 14 days of payment, with your MoMo transaction ID and the problem.
Approved refunds are sent by MTN Mobile Money to the number that paid, within 7 days.
Schools with a school licence or an invoice follow the terms agreed with them.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts and are not refundable, except when a mistake was made (for example a wrong amount): tell us within 14 days.
